Casa Rosmarie

Our most elegant and spacious unit, named after a beloved member of the Casa Clara family. This separate two-story chalet on Davoserstrasse looks straight out over Klosters to the Silvretta Glacier. Built in 1964, it sleeps up to six across three bedrooms and one and a half bathrooms: the main floor has the primary bedroom with a full en-suite bathroom and a balcony shared with the living room, while downstairs are two further bedrooms (one with its own sink) and a separate shower room. There's a fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove, dishwasher and fridge, a washer and dryer, an indoor fireplace, and a traditional Swiss dining room for gathering the whole group together. A quirky bit of history: the lower level still has the reinforced walls and windows of a Cold War-era fallout shelter, one of roughly 370,000 built across Switzerland under a mid-century civil defence law — the original 500kg steel door is long gone, but the room remains.
